1. Shipping Guidelines
All order dispatch times are subject to stock availability. If a grocery item is missing, we will notify you before shipping. Estimated times start from the shipping dispatch date, not order date.
2. Return & Exchange
Perishable groceries and Indian meals cannot be returned. If you receive incorrect or damaged packages, notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Keep all original packages intact for evaluation.
3. Order Cancellations
You can cancel orders before they are packaged and dispatched. Once shipped, order cancellations are not supported. If cancelled, stock reserves are auto-released back to active inventory.
