Shipping Policy

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you.
  • Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to the below-mentioned chart, and lead time and price will be different as per the place as follows:
  • An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimated to commence from the date of shipping.
  • Delivery time is to be used as a guide only and is subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within the target lead time.

Return & Cancellations Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or different. However, the notification must be done within 24 hours after delivering the product.
  • Customers need to keep the damaged goods safe for the Spice Gate examination in the same packing.
  • If the product is found damaged or different, Spice Gate will reimburse you the amount equal to the returned product.

FREE DELIVERY

Orders worth more than 7,500 yen (including tax) have free shipping, except for Kagoshima, Okinawa, and Hokkaido.

The frozen shipping charge will be extra for shipment. (Weight limits up to 25 kg, size limit up to 120 cm box)


METHOD OF PAYMENT

Cash on delivery (collecting charge has to be borne by the customer).

Spice Gate does not guarantee the service provided by the couriers we use for delivery.

Customers must be available to receive the delivery at the shipping address provided to Spice Gate.

Spice Gate does not take responsibility for successful delivery when the given address is wrong, unclear, incomplete, or if there is a failed delivery or delayed delivery. In such a situation, customers may go to the courier depot and collect the delivery.

Customers can trace their packages and inquire with the courier service directly.


OPERATE TIMING

Spice Gate operates Monday to Saturday (Saturday until 12 noon), excluding public holidays. Any other holidays will be notified on the webpage itself.

We try to dispatch the order on the same day or the next working day. Our dispatch timing will be different according to the place.

For further explanation regarding delivery or orders, you can call us at any time between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday.
